I always have mixed emotions at this time of year. On one hand, I am so sad to see all of the Christmas decorations boxed up and put away. On the other hand, however, I love the feeling of the fresh start of a new year. I love doing home projects, spring cleaning (even though it is still winter), rearranging furniture and accessories, etc.
This weekend all of this:
will (finally!) be put away and we will hopefully put the finishing touches on this:

I love spring cleaning....I do it a few times a year. Just feels good to have it all fresh and organized! Have fun!

I feel the same. Annnd...here is a big confession... our tree is staying up a bit longer. My kids are just so in love with it, it pains me to take it down. Since it is snowing here today and this weekend, maybe we will just wait til next week. I love looking at our tree with snow in the background!
I am loving the eek at your playroom! Your 'Please help my dining room' post from years ago came up under it as a 'you might also like' post and it was cool to see that space before and after. Funny how things change when you have kids!
