I plan to spend the weekend in the kitchen perfecting some recipes for Thanksgiving! In my dream world, this would be my kitchen:
The layout of this kitchen is really similar to mine, so this is now the inspiration I need to convince my husband that we either need to refinish, paint, or rip out our butt-ugly cabinets!...and while we're at it, buy all new appliances too...oh, and new lighting. :) I am going to pretend that this is my kitchen for the weekend and see how it feels. I don't need anything super fancy...this one will do just fine.

I wish that was my kitchen! Cooking an early thanksgiving on Sunday for 18. I need more counter!!
You are so silly! I have been in your kitchen and your cabinets are not butt-ugly! LOL But, since we just painted ours (a much uglier butt than yours), let me know if you want Chris to tell B how easy it actually was. I'll email you the before and afters.

Jen, that would be great! he is on board, but he doesn't want to do the work! I am all for doing it to save some money for other fun stuff! :)
That kitchen is nice but I bet you'll be able to cook wonderful things even in not so nice kitchens. In fact my kitchen is tiny and super ugly. Come cook at my house any time!
